Purr Cat Cafe

4 months ago I have told you about my friend named Fathiya, right? When we were in thailand, she was the bravest girl that I have ever met because she wanted to visit so many unique place in another country alone. On February 14 after the daily program is over, she told me if she wanted to go to some unique place called Purr Cat Cafe. Its commonly called Cat’s Cafe because it had a lot of cats. Because its already sunset, so she asked me to go with her.

That's me with Heng (Middle) and Nitchakan/Nin (Left)

Actually we did not know exactly where it’s located. Fathiya asked two of her thai friends, Heng Thawantit and Nitchakan Nawapusanakanok from Kasetsart University to join with us and I think we have found thai-tour guide without any charge hehe. Along the journey, we had to get ride on BTS but since the BTS station located inside the Siam Paragon Mall so we also have to got down on three stairs at the Mall after took off the ticket. After that we trough the crowd of protesters and walked as far as one kilometers.  Around ten minutes walk from the BTS at Thong Lor on Sukhumvit Soi 53, Purr Cat Cafe is located on a quiet residential street in a small house. Over the cloudy sky I just hope it does not rain until we reached our destination.

Our route to Purr Cat Cafe via Google Map
The Building is look like a cottage-like building. There's a small western garden with white cast iron furniture that gives an anglo and feminine atmosphere before you step inside. The interior is look like a british cottage: the white brick and dark wood walls against dainty armchairs and sofas shout afternoon tea all the way. Innumerable framed cat pictures and photographs tacked on the walls really give a tidy and polished vibe, while even more cat figures and artworks, both vintage and new, decorate every nook and cranny without being too ornate. Two iconic cat heads on the grey brick wall in the first room can also be made to order. This is a place that takes its cats seriously. Before you enter you have to take off your shoes, wash your hands and read the cat rules – don’t poke them, tease them, pick them up or feed them human cake. Totally, we spent around 4 hours in there. Thank you so much to Fathiya and Heng for took their time to shooting the video.

Dissatisfaction in Our Life

Almost eight months ago, when I was in LKMM Pra-TD. There is one of college student asked me about dissatisfaction, what the reason of it and how to deal with it. For several months I had thinking of it. But I never had any time to wrote down my answer. Now, I will answer that question based on what I 've know about its contra which called 'Satisfaction'.

In my life, I’ve never met anybody who was fully satisfied with his or her situation, condition, position, relations, health, wealth, or possessions. The poor are hankering to be rich, and the rich want to be richer. An overweight person wants to lose weight, and a thin person wants to gain a few pounds of meat to get fatter. Married couples think that it is better to remain single, and single person are dying to find a partner. The East looks towards the West, and the West is enamored by the East. People in villages dream to come and live in the cities, and city dwellers cherish the simple and calm village life.

Why Dissatisfaction Exists
Dissatisfaction exists for a reason. The reason is to spur the individual to attain the ultimate purpose of human life, it can be refer to human’s final goals. This dissatisfaction does not and never appear in the other species. The myriad creatures of the world like my cats seem completely content if their basic needs of food and shelter are satisfied. It’s only humans who are never satisfied. No matter how good our situations may be and no matter what things we possess, we eventually become bored and begin seeking change.

The True Solution
I think there’s only one process to end this dissatisfaction. It states that a person who has faith in God is devoted to their God, and has control over his senses to attains the true knowledge, persons who knows the difference between science and religion. Having attained true knowledge, such a person attains supreme peace without delay. On the otherhand, persons who is ignorant of the sense of God, or another persons who is faithless and doubtful, will get lost. Persons like that won't happy at all, neither happy in this life nor after death.

Design your life. Start from now.

Most of us don’t design our lives properly. We get caught up in the momentum of living — school, college, relationships, family and career — and turn around one day to realize we ’ve ended up someplace we never intended to go.

Life is serendipitous, because sometimes we get places we couldn’t have imagined if we didn’t known where we were headed. But sometimes we realize that we ‘re living the life we ‘re supposed to be living instead of the life we want to be living. Sometimes, we realize that we’ve left important parts of ourselves behind. feel that our life is too small for us, at last we realize that our life is too confined.

How can I say something like that? I‘m not a philosopher who may have thinking so far about life #the-hee. Its just because I already have it done. I think there is no true or wrong in what we do in our life. Life is such a difficult conspiracy, right? Sometimes, you think so wrong when you have done something good, or maybe sometimes you think so much better even you have done something bad.

Okay now lets we talk about good things which happening recently in my life. 3 days ago I’ve asked to be head of ministry of home affairs in my faculty department. Such a good thing that Ive ever heard in this semester. Because I never asked to be like that before. We know that, normally there‘s a little complicated recruitment to reach that position, right? But Ive asked for this position, what a miracle #meh, I feel so blessed for that.

Life is so complicated. You may feel pain inside of your happiness or maybe the otherwise. But life always have it own ways to show you which is better for you. Everyone’s ‘right life’ is different, which is why the social pathways that herd everyone in the same direction don’t work for so many people.

When your life is well-designed, it’s inspiring. It’s utterly you. It includes all the disparate parts of your heart #okay its too dramatic. But seriously, when your life is well-designed, you’re grounded in the confidence of shining your true light into the world. When your life is well-designed, you can do everything.
