Equipment Organizing Committee

Today I have to be an organizing committee on my department event named KORAL. KORAL event will be held on this week and it started on the last Monday. Anyway, for this event I was an coordinator of the EOC (Equipment Organizing Committee). EOC is the one of OC's job description under the control of HRD department. Basically, Organizing Committee consist of Security and Licensing, Consumption, Equipment, Events, Publication and Documentation, and Health.

On this year, EOC consist of 12 members including me. They are Fahmi, Rizal, Rudi, Rizqi, Nyimas, Inen, Rizal, Misbah, Dwi, Eni and Lila. Not all of them attending the event because of several reasons. Inen have some ill since the last Saturday, Misbah and Lila have to attend LKTI events (such a writing competition) at Jakarta on this week, and Eni have another businness in her UKM (Talent and Interest Organization). Our job description was to preparing all of the equipment which are needed for the event. We have to come in the morning to prepare the room and checking all of the equipments state.

I think there's not needed to gathering all of the members in one time cause actually we can handle all of the job only with 6 persons. We have been so busy in the morning. Preparing the class (including set the chair, sweeping the floor, cleaning the room, and checking the LCD projector, Laptops and Air Conditioner. On the contrary we would very relaxed during the afternoon. We used to help SLOC (Security and Licensing OC) to maintain security in the parking area. Sometimes we used our 8 hours free times to play a multiplayer game in the class or helping another OC.
